As a small company or business you have to keep customers
you can’t afford to lose. If a big, well-known institution loses a couple of
customers, these people won’t notice it. As a small company, this could mean struggling
for survival. Several reasons for small enterprise losing customers is because
the organization doesn’t present itself properly, the customers can’t identify with
the business, just because their website is not clear and difficult to
navigate, people are not able to contact with the company, or they provide old
as well as outdated information to their customers.
If you are doing the same then change the attitude towards your
business and towards your websites also. Costumers spend their valuable money and
need desired result in return. Make them feel like they are spending money on a
business that they can identify with and care about what they think.
